The festival must have a current volunteer registration form on file each year.
If there is more than one volunteer in your household, a separate form is required for each.
As in past, a minimum of 8-10 hours of time is required to obtain a festival pass.

Volunteers must check in at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled shift to pick up your vest.
All vests must be returned promptly after each shift.

An organizational meeting will be held prior to the festival. Details will be announced.
